A Catholic not-for-profit ministry of Mercy Partners, Mater was first established in 1906 when the first Mater Private Hospital was built. Bluebox Solutions was commissioned by Mater to implement an Office 365 hosted Sharepoint controlled document management system (CDMS) to consolidate documentation into a central repository as a single source of truth across 3 hospital campuses. Bluebox Solutions was able to satisfy the specific needs of Mater by migrating content from 3 different sources into an easy to access central repository that was both scalable and extensible for future business requirements. Mater staff have seen a significant improvement in staff satisfaction and efficiency when dealing with essential operational documentation.
